Cocktails at Birdie’s was a lifestyle event that challenged our creative team in a whole new way. In our first year on Hilton Head Island, we’ve stayed true to our mission – offering a beautiful space for women to gather, laugh, and shop – all while supporting our clients’ in finding the right pieces to look good and feel good. As we’re off and into our second year, I felt it was important to evaluate my original vision for Birdie James. And what I noticed was a significant shift in my contributions to the style discussion – a deepening desire to empower and be empowered.

While it remains true that Birdie James is a space for women to find their authentic style in a supportive and beautiful space, it has become increasingly more important to us to bring women together so they may engage and supportively challenge one another.

We’re ready to take it up a notch, to up the ante…to challenge the women in our life to consider style as a lifestyle. It’s our way back when, it’s our now, and it’s our ten years from now. We want to know what this means for you, and we want you to know what this has been and will be for us. Let’s share in our successes and discuss our shortcomings. Because through our vulnerability comes growth, and a better path to being our authentic selves. This is when style becomes a lifestyle
