As an independent, locally owned boutique, we stand behind the quality of our collections and always want to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. We welcome you to consult with our stylists as well as try-on to ensure comfort, fit, and that it’s the style you’re after. Because doing so may just save you a trip! Our return/exchange policies vary depending on whether you’ve purchased your items in store or by Birdie at Home.

In Store Return Policy

Items returned within 7 days are eligible for a full refund to the original form of payment. Returns must be in the same condition as purchased– unworn, undamaged, & with original tags/packaging. Items returned after 7 days and before 10 days are eligible for exchange only. Items returned after 10 days will not be accepted. Other items not eligible for return are items purchased during a flash sale or promotional event, as well as jewelry, intimates, handbags, totes, and other accessories. Items are eligible for return during flash sale or promotional events per our return policy; however, price adjustments are prohibited. All sale items are final sale.

Birdie at Home Return Policy

Any unwanted items must be postmarked for return within 5 days of receiving your Birdie at Home. This time frame allows for an at-home try on session, weekend arrival, and a business day or two to make it to the Post Office, making the shipment window within 10 days (from our shop to you and back). If the Birdie at Home is not returned within 14 days, your credit card will be charged for the full amount on the quote you received in the Birdie at Home. We will send email confirmation that this has been completed and it will not be reversed. We appreciate you being communicative and mindful of quick returns because while these items are out of our shop, they are unable to be sold to anyone else…and are often the most coveted by all.

Full Price Item vs. Sale Item

Full price items have clean, unmarked tags. Sale items are marked with a pink slash through the original price tag. Full price items are eligible for return/exchange based on our stated policy and sale items are final sale, therefore, non-returnable.
