What is Birdie at Home?

Birdie at Home is our way of meeting your style needs from afar. It’s a curated box of 3-5 pieces that your stylist has handpicked based on your one-on-one style consultation. If we aren’t already familiar with your style, we’ll contact you directly to chat. All in, your chat with our stylist should take no more than 15 minutes. No online forms, no hoops. Just a good old-fashioned chat between 2 girls with one goal. Meeting your style needs.

How do you know my style needs?

One of our stylists will contact you to have a chat about all things you. We want to know about you, your style, your shape, what you want to accentuate, and what you’d identify as a problem area(s). At Birdie James, we encourage open conversations about fit and style. We believe if you have the right fit and you feel great as a result, it will positively impact your life.

Who curates the pieces that go into my Birdie at Home?

The stylist that you’ve bared your heart and soul to. She’s the one. She’s been listening to what you’ve said, and what you haven’t said. And sometimes this informs your style needs, too.

How quickly will I receive it?

Typically, it takes us one business day to style your Birdie at Home. Once we ship it, you will receive it within 2-3 business days. And you’ll receive tracking via email, so you can anticipate its arrival!

Once I receive my Birdie at Home, how long do I have to decide?

You’ll have 3 days to make decisions. We encourage you to try on each piece and style them with your existing pieces. One of the things we love most about our collections is how easily they add into your mix. Versatility is a part of our style mission; we want you to get more than one look from every piece.

Can I return something I’ve purchased from my Birdie at Home?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns from pieces you’ve purchased from the Birdie at Home. That’s why you have 3 days to decide!

Is there a cost to get my Birdie at Home?

There is a $30 styling fee for curating your Birdie at Home. BUT, it is a credit applied to your final purchase. So…just a way for us to know you’re serious about style.

What if I don’t purchase anything from my Birdie at Home?

This doesn’t typically happen, but if it does, we’d encourage you to try, try again. We’ll have another chat about why your previous Birdie at Home didn’t work out, make changes, and send you a fresh one. This way your credit doesn’t go to waste!
