Returns/Exchanges In Store
Returns are acceptable within seven days on unworn items with the original tags and receipt. Non-returnable items include, but are not limited to, jewelry, intimates, handbags, accessories, and sale merchandise. After the seven days, you will be issued store credit.
Returns/Exchanges from Birdie Box
You’ll have three days to make decisions once you receive your Birdie Box. Unfortunately, once we finalize your Birdie Box sale, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Repairs and Defects
Manufacturer defects occur from time to time. Should this occur, contact us immediately so we may facilitate a return authorization. Most items are out of stock within 60 days and are thus unable to be replaced. An exchange or store credit will be issued.
If an item is in need of repair within 60 days from the date of purchase, we will issue a credit. We will not assume responsibility on repairs after 60 days from the date of purchase.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.). If the original payment method is unavailable or cancelled, the return balance will be issued as a store credit. If the original payment method was cash, Birdie James will issue a check in the refunded amount. Original shipment fees are non-refundable.
